These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sharkluck platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any part of our service. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All financial transactions on the Sharkluck platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods made available on the platform at any given time.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Sharkluck reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account at the time of the transaction.
- Processing times vary by payment method. Sharkluck is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
- Sharkluck reserves the right to withhold or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In other cases, remaining balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
